加拿大联邦技工类移民FSTP申请条件 （Federal Skilled Trades）

2015年1月1日加拿大联邦EE快速通道系统（Express Entry）启用后，FST 技工类别也属于 EE 系统一部分，符合 FSW 申请条件的申请人可以进入 EE Pool 按照 CRS 分数排名等待邀请。

一：技工类别申请人条件：

计划居住在魁北克省外（注：魁北克省政府选择自己的技术工人）；
符合英语或法语水平要求的语言能力（说，读，写，听）；
在您申请前的五年内，有至少两年全职工作经验（或相等数量的兼职工作经验）的一项熟练的技能；
根据移民职业分类列表（NOC），符合该技术技能的要求；
有至少一年的全职工作的邀请，或由某个省或地区机构颁发的技能职业资格证书。
*“全职工作”是指在为期一周的时间内至少30个小时的工作，或等量的兼职，付薪的工作经验。例如：

如果您在一个工作每周工作15小时并达四年以上，或
如果您在一个工作每周合计30小时以上并工作超过二年。
**最多两个雇主可以提交聘用您为至少一年的连续全职工作，这意味着以一星期为周期，每周至少30个小时的工作。

***在加拿大，只有各省和地区可以授予熟练工种的合格证书。要获得此证书，您必须通过省或地区的行业机构对您进行评估，以决定您的业务经验和技术是否有资格通过考试获得证书。

二：技工类别国家职业分类（NOC）的要求

  • 类别72，工业，电力和建筑行业，
  • 类别73，维护和设备操作的行业，
  • 类别82，自然资源，农业及相关生产的督导员及技术员职位，
  • 类别92，加工，制造和公用事业监事和中央控制操作，
  • 类别632，主厨和厨师，
  • 类别633，屠夫和面包师。

这些职业根据NOC细分为不同的类别,联邦技工申请必须根据2011年版的NOC  来作为标准。但是，如果申请包含来自2006版NOC的加拿大人力资源部（HRSDC）的劳工市场意见书（LMO），只要申请人的职业对应2011年的NOC代码仍可被CIC接受即可。

三：语言能力

申请人必须证明您符合英语或法语的每个四种语言能力的最低要求：

  • 阅读：CLB 4分 （雅思5分）
  • 写作：CLB 4分 （雅思 4分）
  • 口语：CLB 5分 （雅思 5分）
  • 听力：CLB 5分 （雅思 5分）

申请人必须通过经CIC认可的组织进行英语或法语语言测试，并必须将测试结果包括在申请里。
